Eligibility Criteria:

  • For Class VI Admission:
    • Age: Candidates should be between 10 and 12 years old as of March 31, 2025 (born between April 1, 2013, and March 31, 2015).
    • Educational Qualification: Must be currently studying in Class V in a recognized school.
    • Gender: Both boys and girls are eligible to apply.
  • For Class IX Admission:
    • Age: Candidates should be between 13 and 15 years old as of March 31, 2025 (born between April 1, 2010, and March 31, 2012).
    • Educational Qualification: Must have passed Class VIII from a recognized school.
    • Gender: Only boys are eligible to apply.

Application Process:

  1. Registration: Visit the official NTA website at https://aissee.nta.nic.in/ and register by providing basic details.
  2. Filling the Application Form: Complete the online application form with personal, educational, and contact information.
  3. Uploading Documents: Upload scanned copies of the candidate’s photograph, signature, birth certificate, domicile certificate, and caste certificate (if applicable) in the prescribed format.
  4. Payment of Application Fee: The application fee is ₹650 for General and Defence categories, and ₹500 for SC/ST categories. Payment can be made online via net banking, credit/debit card, or Paytm.
  5. Submission: Review the application form carefully and submit it online.
  6. Confirmation Page: After successful submission, download and print the confirmation page for future reference.

Exam Pattern:

  • Class VI:
    • Subjects include Mathematics, General Knowledge, Language, and Intelligence.
    • The exam comprises 125 questions totaling 300 marks.
  • Class IX:
    • Subjects include Mathematics, English, General Science, Social Studies, and Intelligence.
    • The exam comprises 150 questions totaling 400 marks.
