The RRC Group D selection will be based on 3 stages as follows:

  1. Computer Based Test (CBT)
  2. Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
  3. Document Verification

1. Computer Based Test

The CBT will be the first stage of selection that will be based on the following pattern:

  • There is negative marking for each incorrect answer.
  • 1/3 of the marks allotted for each question shall be deducted for wrong answer.

  • Railway Group D Admit Card/Hall Ticket 2018 RRB Group D Exam Dates and Details

    The Railway Recruitment Board has finally released the vacancies for the Railway Group D Posts. The Recruitment Board is providing over 62, 907 Vacancies for the eligible candidates. The Online Application Form starts from 10th Feb 2018 and closes on 12th March 2018. The Exam will be conducted online in three rounds (to be confirmed). The candidate who qualifies the test rounds will be eligible to get posted in the Railway Group-D Job Category. However, the Exam Dates for Railway Group D 2018 have been declared officially but it may be conducted in the month of April/May 2018 (tentative).

    The Admit cards will be issued to those candidates who have applied for the Railway Group-D 2018. In this article, we will be providing you the complete details about Railway RRB/RRC Group-D Admit cards 2018.

    The RRB Admit Cards for Group-D will be uploaded soon on the regional websites of RRB. The candidates have to download the admit cards soon after it is uploaded. To download the Railway Group-D Admit Card 2018, you need to have your application details kept ready. You can also download the admit card by submitting your name and father’s name. The admit card will be issued to those candidates who have submitted their application form along with the application fee.

    Importance of the Group-D Admit Card 2018

    The process of the application form has been changed. This year, the Railway Recruitment Board(RRB) will be accepting RRB Group-D online application forms only for every region of RRB. The benefit of the online application is that it saves the candidates money as well as time. So, keeping this in mind the Railway Recruitment Board has also made the procedure to download the admit cards online. The candidates can download the admit cards when it uploaded on the website- indianrailways.gov.in. All you have to do is, log in using the username and password. The Admit card is a mandatory document for the candidates who are applying for the exam. Without an admit card you will be permitted to sit for the examination.

    Dates for Download the RRB Group D Admit Card/Hall Ticket

    The Railway Recruitment Board has confirmed that the admit cards will be available online only. To download the admit card the candidates will have to visit the regional RRB website. The dates have not been confirmed yet. The official dates will be announced soon by the Recruitment Board. It is expected that the Admit card for Group D Exam will be available 15 days before the date of the examination. The confirmed date for download the Admit card/Hall Ticket will be released by RRB before some months of the examination.

    The Admit card/Hall Ticket is a mandatory document to appear in the examination. Without an admit card the candidates will not be able to sit in the examination hall. The admit cards will be available online only in the concerned regional websites.

    • Visit the concerned RRB Official Website- indianrailways.gov.in
    • Search for the “CEN02/2018″ or the “Recruitment Section” on the Homepage.
    • Click on the link and you will be redirected to the “Recruitment Page
    • There will be a link mentioning CEN02/2018 Admit card and  Click on the link.
    • Enter the “Registration Number” and the “Date of Birth”.
    • Click on the “Download” Button. The admit card will be downloaded to your computer in PDF Format.
    • Save the downloaded admit card for the future reference and keep it safe until the completion of the recruitment procedure.
